Pray, pray, pray…

In Luke’s Gospel reading for today, Jesus tells his disciples a parable about the need to pray continually and never lose heart. (Luke 18 : 1-8)

Our Lady is always urging her children to prayer. Most of her messages over the past 27 years remind us of the need to pray and to persevere.

Dear children! Today I wish to call you to pray, pray, pray! In prayer you shall perceive the greatest joy and the way out of every situation that has no exit. Thank you for starting up prayer. Each individual is dear to my heart. And I thank all who have urged prayer in their families. Thank you for having responded to my call. March 28, 1985.

In today’s Gospel it is the persistence of the widow that brings her the justice she sought from the unjust judge. Jesus also promises his disciples that God will see justice done to those who cry to him day and night.
