15th day of Lent

They will look on the one whom they have pierced.

Dear children! Also today I call you to prayer. In this time of grace, may the cross be a sign-post of love and unity for you through which true peace comes. November 25, 1999

Walking the steep and rocky ascent up Mt Krizevac is as life itself, a journey never identical. Some pilgrims walk the path to the left, some prefer the right side, some take the middle line while others prefer to criss-cross the bouldered track. But, like prayer, no walk is ever the same or repeated. Each trek is unique, even for those who are carried – and yet all are heading in the same direction to arrive at the same destination, alone or together, in front or behind, each in their own time. We make our own journey but share the same desire – to reach the summit, to pray before the cross, where waiting is a welcome of love to fill every heart with joy. Krizevac is our pilgrimage, our life.

Give thanks to God because everything is God’s gift to you. That way in your life you shall be able to give thanks for everything and discover God in everything even in the smallest flower. April 25, 1989

And there is no limit to the blessings which God can send you – he will make sure that you will always have all you need for yourselves in every possible circumstance, and still have something to spare for all sorts of good works. 2 Corinthians 9 : 8
